Ti Guan Yin Oolong (Iron Goddess of Mercy)

Ti Guan Yin, or Iron Goddess of Mercy, is a medium oxidized Oolong tea baked with bamboo coals to yield a golden-amber infusion. This Taiwanese Oolong has a smooth body with unique sweet and fruity notes, finishing with a unique floral roundness.  Oolong teas are often thought to promote weight loss and improve metabolism and digestion.
