White Peony

White Peony is considered a higher grade of white tea, comprising of only the youngest tea leaves. Two leaves and a bud are plucked and gently withered, appearing like a peony flower, thus the name. The young leaves are rich in antioxidants, making White Peony a healthy tea to enjoy throughout the day.

Brewing Recommendations:
We recommend brewing White Peony with 1 heaping tablespoon for every 8 ounces of water at 185oF for 4 minutes to preserve the delicate flavors of white tea.
